Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Parker, Colorado. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans using various therapeutic techniques, including exercise, manual therapy, and education to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to achieve goals.
• Educate patients and their families on continued care and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Master's or Doctorate preferred).
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Colorado.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic manual therapy and sports medicine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in physical therapy.
