Charge Nurse Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Shift Schedules 11p-7a Full Time 11p-7a PT Every-Other Saturday/Sunday 3-11pm Full Time Mon-Friday 7a-3pm Part Time Long Term Care Experience Required Complete Care at Kimberly Hall North is located at 1 Emerson Drive in Windsor, CT. Responsibilities Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plan. Perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, within scope of practice. Accurately report and record the resident’s condition and care including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change. Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines. Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator. Qualifications Ability to work independently or part of a group. Computer knowledge. Previous long-term care experience is required. Licensure Requirements Must have an active LPN Licensed Practical Nurse license for the state of Connecticut.
