The private, not-for-profit institution is accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education and plays an important role in training the next generation of healthcare professionals.ResponsibilitiesAdminister anesthesia for a wide range of surgical procedures including general, orthopedic, GI, OB, and urology casesConduct thorough pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plansProvide intraoperative anesthesia management and post-anesthesia recovery careCollaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to ensure optimal patient outcomesMaintain compliance with hospital, state, and federal safety and quality standardsQualificationsGraduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia programBoard certified (NBCRNA)Active or eligible for Maine RN/APRN licensureCurrent BLS, ACLS, and PALS certificationsStrong clinical skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based care modelPay TransparencyCentral Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $36.00 to $49.16 per hour.
