Duties, Responsibilities & Other We are seeking a Senior Project Assistant to support our Data Center and Energy development team. This role plays a key part in managing contracts, setting up projects, maintaining salary and staffing rosters, and ensuring all project details stay aligned from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Set up new opportunities Project setup & tracking Set up new projects, budgets, and task codes Maintain accurate project information and support updates throughout the project lifecycle Organize, track, and assist with managing contracts, amendments, and subconsultant agreements Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and approval requirements Maintain salary and staffing rosters to support Project Manager visibility Assist with tracking project budgets, expenditures, and invoice support materials Prepare reports, schedules, and project updates Prepare meeting minutes, follow ups and task trackers Management of direct assistant program assistant report Guidance and training of staff member Coordinate internal communication and help keep project tasks moving forward Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Program Management and Project Managers Qualifications Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience High school diploma is required; bachelor's degree preferred.
