Duties and Responsibilities The following tasks describe the basic functions of the job. The following frequencies and percentage of time spent are approximations only. Maintain the Activities Department master schedule of all events and coordinate the schedule with Cherry Creek School District’s master schedule. [Daily, 20%] Schedule event management personnel and prepare event and/or activity space for participants. [Daily, 20%] Assist the Student Activities Administrator with tracking the department budget. [Daily, 20%] Complete purchase orders for signature. [Daily, 20%] Assist the Student Activities Administrator with required forms. [Daily, 15%] Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. [Daily, 5%] Minimum Qualifications High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma Basic interpersonal skills Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire Required Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations All certifications, licenses, and registrations must be valid and unexpired.
