About the Role: The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during the evening and overnight hours while ensuring our guests receive friendly, professional service throughout their stay. Responsibilities include: Checking guests in and out and managing reservations Answering guest questions and handling requests professionally Providing friendly, welcoming customer service Balancing daily transactions and reconciling cash and credit caro activity/ balancing house Completing nightly audits and preparing audit reports - Handying guest cons, cha and oorinating withodeparents when needed Monitoring the lobby and public areas to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Following company policies, safety procedures, and security protocols Working independently and staying organized with minimal supervisior Maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct at all times What We're Looking For: Most importantly, we're looking for someone RELIABLE! « Our ideal candidate is: - Dependable and punctual Maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct at all times What We're Looking For: Most importantly, we're looking for someone RELIABLE! Y Our ideal candidate is: Dependable and punctual Available to work **overnight/graveyard shifts** Available to work **weekends and holidays** Someone with previous overnight or graveyard-shift experience preferred Friendly, positive, and guest-focused Eager to learn and willing to grow within the role Comfortable working independently during overnight hours Able to communicate clearly in spoken and written English Comfortable handling cash and balancing transactions Experienced with front desk, receptionist, administrative, or reservation Familiar with basic office software such as email, spreadsheets, and word processing Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferrec High school diploma or equivalent typically requirec ou should also be comfortable standing for extended periods anc erforming light physical tasks as needed.
