Description Dire Wolf Tavern & Hallowed Ground is looking for a hands-on General Manager who leads by example, creates memorable guest experiences, and develops high-performing teams. This is a working General Manager role—you'll be actively involved in daily operations while coaching your team, driving sales, and holding everyone accountable to high standards. What You'll Do: Lead daily restaurant operations while remaining visible on the floor. Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable guest experiences. Build, coach, and develop a high-performing management team and hourly staff. Drive sales by promoting seasonal features, company promotions, and the Serenitee Rewards program. Foster a positive, accountable, culture-first environment aligned with Serenitee's Core Values. Hold yourself and your team accountable for execution, performance, and service standards. Monitor labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses to achieve financial goals. Ensure the restaurant consistently delivers outstanding cleanliness, food quality, and operational excellence. Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent. Proven leadership in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Financial acumen with experience managing labor and restaurant profitability. A hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside the team.
