How You’ll Contribute Foster a culture focused on adhering to safety protocols. Lead staff through critical situations and high-pressure scenarios, ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining safety compliance. Apply strong knowledge of power plant maintenance principles. Create succession planning that promotes internal growth and team stability. Mentor and develop employees to build a culture of continuous learning. How You’re Qualified Nine or more years of experience in power plant operations, maintenance, engineering, or other relevant experience. A degree(s) in power generation, engineering, business, science, math or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience. Driver's license. How You’ll Stand Out Experience in maintaining and operating conventional gas power plants. Experience using Maximo Experience in planning principles, including work package and PM development.
