Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Previous experience in a school environment preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with education staff and families
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students across a range of ages and abilities
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student planning and review processes
