A Lead Craftsman should have multiple trade skills and at least five years of proven experience. Excellent Communication Skills The Lead Craftsman must be able to communicate with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers.
