Delivery and Installation Specialist Job Schedule: Corporate Retail Store Job ID 78108 Location: C0343 - Bastrop, Bastrop, TX Salary: $14.25 to $15.00 per hour (range may change based on factors such as experience and performance) This is a store‑based delivery driver role that includes driving, loading and unloading merchandise, installing products, and engaging with customers. You will help keep Aaron’s moving by moving, installing, and picking up goods at the store. What You’ll Do Load, secure and protect merchandise. Offload, install and demonstrate merchandise. Safely operate a delivery vehicle. Assist in the store when needed. What You Need Solid communication skills. Working knowledge of electronics. Desire to help customers. Additional Requirements Age 21 (18 in Canada). High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.). Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly. Able to work in all outdoor weather, including rain or summer sun. A valid driver’s license is required, but a CDL is not needed.
