Fabrication & Maintenance Technician — Growth & Training

Parallel Employment’s Floor Tech position in Sturtevant, WI seeks a motivated technician for fabrication, machining, and maintenance in a fast-paced job shop. You will read blueprints, lay out parts, and operate punch press and milling equipment to produce fabricated components and assemblies. Experience reading drawings and metal fabrication is essential, with TIG welding experience preferred.
