About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Vivo Healthcare Orange Park, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care. Your primary responsibility will be to assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans, conducting physical therapy interventions, and documenting patient progress. You will also have the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that fosters collaboration, growth, and development.
Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans
Conduct physical therapy interventions, including but not limited to exercise instruction, manual therapy, and modalities
Document patient progress, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate and timely records, including patient charts and treatment logs
Requirements:
Minimum Years of Experience: new grads welcome
Level of Education: Associates degree
