ACCOUNTING/PURCHASING ASSISTANT
Aspen Personnel Service has been hired by a well-established, locally owned manufacturing company to help them find an experienced, career-minded Accounting/Purchasing Assistant to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounts receivable
- Invoicing
- Posting to and pulling inventory reports
- Tracking inventory and managing all purchasing
- General accounting support
- Miscellaneous office and administrative duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5+ years of bookkeeping and purchasing experience
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills required
- Experience with Sage MAS 90 accounting software preferred
- Self-directed and able to work independently
- Mature, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Pleasant attitude with a strong work ethic
SCHEDULE
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
COMPENSATION
- $26-$32 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
