Immediate need for a talented RN Med Surg - Fulltime - Nights - WEST Float Team. This is a Full-Time Night Shift opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Marietta, Georgia (Onsite). Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using the full nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Provide evidence-based care while respecting patient values, cultural backgrounds, and individual care goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and coordinated patient care.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, shared governance, and research activities.
• Support patient safety initiatives and contribute to improving clinical outcomes.
• Assist in mentoring and guiding peers and new staff members.
• Plan and coordinate care across the patient journey to enhance outcomes and reduce readmissions.
• Utilize healthcare systems and tools to document, track, and improve patient care delivery.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Required)
• BSN from an accredited institution (Preferred)
• Active RN License (Single State or Multi-State Compact) (Required)
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (Required)
• ACLS Certification (Required)
• Specialty certification (Preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg experience (Required)
• Experience with computer-based documentation (Required)
• Experience with Epic and 3M systems (Preferred)
