OEM Sales Specialist - Low Voltage Controls

We are seeking an OEM Sales Specialist to support and grow relationships with OEMs, panel builders, and industrial customers within the low-voltage controls and automation market. This is a highly customer-focused role responsible for developing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and expanding business within a defined territory. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, visiting customers, uncovering opportunities, and serving as a trusted resource for industrial controls products and applications. Working alongside an experienced technical sales team, you will help drive OEM growth initiatives, support customer needs, and develop expertise in low-voltage control products while receiving extensive product training and mentorship. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being in front of customers, building long-term relationships, and contributing to the growth of a rapidly expanding OEM business.

Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, panel builders, and industrial customers

Conduct regular customer visits to identify projects and new business opportunities

Grow existing accounts and expand market presence within assigned territories

Support customers with low-voltage controls product solutions and applications

Collaborate with technical sales and operations teams to ensure customer success

Manage follow-up activities and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities

Experience in industrial sales, electrical distribution, manufacturing, panel building, automation, or a related field

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Self-motivated with the ability to manage a high level of customer activity

Technical aptitude and interest in industrial controls and automation products

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader sales team

Salary-based position with bonus potential, not a commission-only or quota-driven sales role

Success is measured by customer engagement, opportunity development, account growth, and relationship building

Extensive product training and mentorship
