Licensed Mental Health Therapists at our partner practices provide high‑quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in these roles typically includes maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence‑based care, completing documentation accurately and on time, and collaborating with a supportive clinical team. All employment decisions, compensation, and clinical operations are managed directly by the individual practices.
