Assistant Director

Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment nationwide Assistant Director Responsibilities: The overall daily operations of shifts and the accountability and supervision of all line staff; maintains full responsibility for program operations in the Director's absence Ensuring log entries, incident reports, security checks are accurate and complete Training and supervising all shift supervisors on Spectrum/DYS policies and procedures Assisting the Program Director in training and orientation of new staff, planning managers meetings, and staff meetings Participating fully in the On-Call Coverage System Crisis management Interviewing and hiring program staff in concert with the Program Director Participating in internal investigations of serious residential incidents Qualifications Preferably a B.A./B.S. in human services or related field preferred. Appropriate direct care experience working with at-risk youth and previous supervisory experience required. Excellent written and oral communication skills and basic computer skills including ability with Word, Excel and Outlook required. Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid ID #J-18808-Ljbffr
