PIZA Management is a talent and endorsements firm representing some of the most culturally engaged voices in digital media, music, comedy, film, sport, and design. Our roster spans recording artists, Variety-honored comedians, Forbes 30 Under 30 directors, breakout actors, and category-defining cultural figures and content creators. We're a lean, ambitious team that treats every client engagement as a long-term build. We move at startup speed, care about attention to detail, and are looking for interns who want to be in the room where the next chapter of talent representation gets defined. What You'll Do Support the day-to-day management of a roster of digital and cultural talent across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts, and live events Research trends, brand-partnership opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform client and business strategy Update client-facing materials - one-sheets, pitch decks, press kits, sizzle reels - to be used in live brand-side conversations Help identify and vet new talent, brand partners, and collaboration opportunities across categories (fashion, CPG, fintech, entertainment, AI, and more) Contribute to PIZA's own brand voice by editing and coordinating our company-facing social channels Sit in on calls as appropriate Skills We're Looking For Cultural literacy - you follow creators, artists, and cultural moments not just as a fan but with an analytical eye. You can talk about why a partnership landed or missed, not just that it happened. Written communication - you can draft a clean email, edit a polished pitch deck, and match the voice of the subject. Organization - you can juggle multiple projects and priorities without dropping details. Curiosity + initiative - you don't wait to be told what to do. If you see a gap, you fill it. Digital-native fluency - you understand how YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and podcasts work as both a consumer and a business. Skills You'll Build With Us How to structure and negotiate brand partnerships from pitch to contract How to build a client-facing pitch deck that gets a "yes" How to identify emerging talent, brands, and cultural inflection points before the market does How to operate inside a talent-management firm - the cadence, the systems, the client dynamics Who Should Apply Currently enrolled undergraduate students - rising junior or senior preferred, but we're looking for the right fit over the right year. Majors in Communications, Marketing, Film / Media, Business, Sports Management, Public Relations, or a related field & any student passionate about entertainment, brand, and culture is welcome to apply. Previous experience is a plus but not required. Prior experience at a talent agency, PR firm, brand marketing team, entertainment company, or as an active content creator will help you hit the ground running - but if you're bringing the curiosity and work ethic, we'll teach you the rest. Familiarity with Google tools, Canva, or basic design/editing tools is helpful. We'll teach anything else you need on the job.
