The Path Forward
  • Immediate Impact: Take ownership of local clinical operations, treatment planning, and technology integration with full administrative and peer support.
  • Leadership Track: High-performing candidates have a direct runway into a Regional Manager position—overseeing operations across 2–4 regional clinics and leading/mentoring a dedicated team of clinical medical physicists.
Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Excellence: Oversee daily therapeutic physics operations, including treatment plan reviews, weekly chart checks, and comprehensive QA for accelerators and CT simulators.
  • Technology & Innovation: Lead equipment commissioning, implement advanced protocols, and spearhead continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Serve as an integral, trusted clinical leader within the hospital oncology treatment team.
  • Multi-Site Leadership: Provide guidance and support across primary and secondary regional client sites (light regional travel required).
Qualifications
  • Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Medical Physics or a related field.
  • Certification: ABR Board Certified or Board Eligible in Therapeutic Radiological Physics.
  • Technical Experience: Experience with Varian accelerators, Eclipse TPS, ARIA R&V, and Sun Nuclear QA equipment is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and computer skills, with a collaborative leadership mindset.
