This leadership role is responsible for aligning business objectives with customer needs, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, high-impact solutions.The ideal candidate brings deep product management expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex technology products in fast-paced environments.Key ResponsibilitiesThis position will require you to work onsite at our Frisco, TX location 4-5 days a weekDefine and lead product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned to organizational goalsOwn end-to-end product lifecycle management across multiple products or platformsLead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a high-performance culturePartner with executive leadership to translate business priorities into product initiativesDrive product planning, prioritization, and execution across engineering, design, and operations teamsEstablish and manage product governance, KPIs, and performance frameworksOversee backlog management and ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum methodologiesLeverage customer insights, analytics, and market intelligence to inform product decisionsManage stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partnersEnsure successful product launches, including go-to-market strategy, adoption, and lifecycle managementIdentify risks and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategiesKyndryl currently does not require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, however, if you are hired to work at a client, customer, or partner location, you may be required to show proof of vaccination to align with their respective COVID-19 vaccination policies. Required QualificationsThis position will require you to work onsite at our Frisco TX location 4-5 days a weekBachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership roleProven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale digital products or platformsStrong background in Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworksDemonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-makingExperience managing cross-functional teams in matrixed environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience in government, transportation, or regulated industries (e.g., DMV, ADOT)Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, APIs, and enterprise integrationsMBA or advanced degreeExperience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Product board)Background in digital transformation or modernization initiativesKey Leadership CompetenciesStrategic thinking and vision settingExecutive communication and storytellingStakeholder influence and conflict resolutionTeam leadership, coaching, and talent developmentData-driven decision makingCustomer-centric mindsetThe compensation range for the position in the U.S. is -115,080 to $218,520 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:California (San Francisco Bay Area):$138,120 to $262,320 California (All Other):$126,600 to $240,480 Colorado: $115,080 to $218,520 Massachusetts$115,080 to $240,480 New York City: $138,120 to $262,320 Washington: $126,600 to $240,480 Washington DC:$126,600 to $240,480 This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
