With a manageable caseload of 10-12 clients maximum, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with each client and family while maintaining the work-life balance you deserve.What You'll DoAs a BCBA with our clinic, you'll serve as the cornerstone professional in our ABA therapy programs. Your role combines clinical expertise with team leadership and family partnership. You will conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, utilizing direct observation, family interviews, and standardized testing to identify behavioral concerns and skill deficits. Through detailed behavioral analysis, you'll identify the root causes of problematic behaviors and develop tailored intervention strategies. Your responsibilities will include designing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. These plans will employ evidence-based ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and prompting to teach new skills and reduce problematic behaviors. You'll actively implement these intervention programs, working closely with clients, their families, and behavior technicians to ensure effective application of strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments using various tools including direct observation, interviews, and standardized tests to gather critical information about behavior patternsDesign and implement individualized behavior intervention plans with measurable goals and evidence-based strategiesMonitor client progress through continuous data collection and analysis, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on outcomesSupervise and train behavior technicians, providing guidance to ensure high standards of careEducate family members on effective behavioral strategies to promote skill generalization across settingsCollaborate with therapists, educators, and caregivers to ensure consistent application of intervention plansMaintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with BACB ethics code and regulatory requirementsStay current with the latest research and best practices through professional development activitiesRequirements & QualificationsEducation:Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related fieldCompletion of BACB-approved coursework and supervised fieldwork requirementsCertification & Licensing:Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Active BCBA certification with no disciplinary actions or restrictionsCompliance with all BACB ethical guidelines and professional conduct standardsCurrent compliance with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) requirements for practicing BCBAs in TexasProfessional liability insurance coverageProfessional Skills:Proven experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plansStrong data analysis skills and ability to make data-driven clinical decisionsExcellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with families and interdisciplinary teamsExperience supervising and training behavior technicians or other professionalsKnowledge of evidence-based ABA techniques and current best practicesCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range (Based on Experience): Entry-Level (0-1 year post-certification) $65,000 - $75,000 | Early Career (1-3 years) $70,000 - $80,000 | Mid-Career (3-5 years) $75,000 - $85,000 | Experienced (5-10 years) $80,000 - $95,000 | Senior-Level (10+ years) $90,000 - $110,000+ Salary is commensurate with experience, credentials, and qualifications.
