Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT)
Monday - Friday Hours: 8a-5p

- Company Issued Cell Phone
- ALL paid federal holidays
- 2 weeks paid PTO
- Excellent Benefits Package (full medical insurance including dental & vision, STD, & LTD)
- pay is $34-$36 per hour (Negotiable with previous experience, knowledge and education)
-Reimbursement for Respiratory License fees (annual or biannual dependent on state)

Position Overview
Respiratory Therapists (CRT or RRT) will be responsible for ventilator education, initial setup, & monthly ventilator checks. The Respiratory Therapists will also provide education of prescribed respiratory equipment and other safety education as needed for patient and family/caregiver in order to ensure compliance with prescribed therapy.
Therapists must be able to complete on-time deliveries safely that are compliant with company policy related to TJC, quality, & customer

satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions
· Manages material requirements to provide complete deliveries to patients.
· Ensures compliance with company standards for TJC, cost control, quality patient care, safety, and complete on-time delivery.
· Complies with state and federal regulations and licensure.
· Maintains a favorable working relationship with all employees to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment in order to facilitate positive employee morale, productivity, and continued improvement.
· Communicates clearly and directly with veterans, co-workers, & management

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
• Maintains a valid Driver’s License
• Valid Respiratory License to practice Respiratory Care in state where employed

Educational and Experience Requirements
• Associate’s degree or equivalent; or two to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Home ventilator experience preferred.
