Assistant teacher

Introduction: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Toddler Teacher to join our team and provide high-quality care and education to toddlers in our child care center. The Toddler Teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for toddlers, planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, and communicating with parents about their child's development and progress. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff. Responsibilities: Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for toddlers, including providing emotional and physical support as well as providing personal hygiene care Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of toddlers Communicate with parents about their child's development and progress, including providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions Follow all policies and procedures related to the care and education of toddlers, including adhering to safety protocols and maintaining accurate records Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure continuity of care and education Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must have the ability to pass a National BCI and CANTS Must have one: GED, High School Diploma, or College degree Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities for toddlers Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, bend, sit on floor, run, other activities Ability to complete 24 hours a year of training Ability to attend staff meetings #J-18808-Ljbffr Little Learners For Tomorrow LLC
