Aufgaben Als Sales Manager liegt dein Schwerpunkt im Neukundengeschäft. Du akquirierst neue Kunden und Projekte im IT- und Softwareentwicklungsumfeld. Erste Kontakte verwandelst du in langfristige Partnerschaften und baust Vertrauen durch persönliche und digitale Beratung auf. Der gesamte Vertriebsprozess liegt in deinen Händen – von der ersten Anfrage bis zum Vertragsabschluss inklusive souveräner Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen. Bedarfe unserer Kunden erkennst du schnell, präsentierst passende Lösungen und erstellst individuelle Angebote aus unserem IT-Dienstleistungsportfolio. Projektanfragen bewertest und qualifizierst du selbstständig. Gleichzeitig pflegst du alle relevanten Daten im CRM und behältst deine Kennzahlen jederzeit im Blick. Qualifikation Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Software-Dienstleistungen und gehst Kaltakquise strukturiert, zielorientiert und selbstbewusst an. In Kundengesprächen überzeugst du mit technischem Verständnis, Empathie und sicherem Auftreten. Bedarfe erkennst du schnell und übersetzt sie in Lösungen mit echtem Mehrwert. Mit Freelancern und Partnern arbeitest du auf Augenhöhe, pflegst eine offene Kommunikation und baust tragfähige Netzwerke auf. Teamarbeit schätzt du sehr, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortung lebst du aktiv und Ziele verfolgst du mit Energie und Ausdauer. Du beherrschst Deutsch fließend (C2/Muttersprache) und kommunizierst präzise und professionell.
