Client Service Representative

We pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art facilities and dedication to animal well-being. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of medical receptionist experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping pets and their families. Veterinary experience is a plus, but not required. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Welcome clients and their pets with a friendly and professional demeanor. Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries. Ensure patient records are accurate and up-to-date in the electronic medical system. Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage daily transactions. Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Provide education and support to clients regarding general pet care and hospital Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area. Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry, as needed. Qualifications At least 1 year of medical receptionist experience is required. Veterinary experience is a plus but not mandatory. Strong customer service and communication abilities. Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and organizational skills. A compassionate and empathetic attitude toward pets and their owners.
