THE ROLE

A real Co-Founder seat: true ownership, and a team that holds taste, speed, and culture as the bar. You’re the GM across all things product and growth, and the driving force behind everything that ships and scales. You won’t be chasing industry relationships or fundraising every six months – we’ve got that covered. You focus on building a world class team and the next big thing. That’s the mandate.

A fearless leader obsessed with momentum. You've got the 0-to-1 PMF cheat codes. You take messy, half-formed ideas, distill the signal, ignore the noise, and ship – fast.

• You love music! Fluent one way or another: theory, DAW, decks, or deep listening.
• You’re a Founder. You’ve built a 0-to-1 consumer product to scale (not a feature inside a giant).
• You’re technical. You came up via engineering, design, or as an IC.
• Distribution-first. You don't build and hope. You solve distribution before you code.
• Low ego, high conviction. You'll tell the CEO “nah, you’re wrong,” and then ship the right thing.
• Founder-mode. We expect you to help set the pace.

YOUR MISSION

Own the product half of the business. One mission: build something people can’t put down:

• 100K+ retentive MAU within 6-months. Establish product-market fit and drive real growth.
• Define ICP and value prop, build the product-led growth loop, own GTM and launches end-to-end.
• Build the org. Recruit and lead a high-caliber product team – engineering, design, ML. A-players only.
• Own the craft. Engineering velocity, design bar, and AI product architecture.
• Own the Series A narrative - the product should raise the round on its own.

COMPENSATION

meaningful equity. $200K+ cash. Full‑time in NYC, hybrid for the right candidate. Full benefits + 401K.
