Lead Director, Enterprise Strategy

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director (LD), Enterprise Strategy, supporting our Health Care Delivery (HCD) business. The LD will play a pivotal role in supporting new growth initiatives and enabling execution of key strategic priorities. You will be a close partner with business stakeholders across HCD, Oak Street Health, MinuteClinic, and Signify Health. This role will report into Executive Director of Strategy for HCD, and partner frequently with business leaders at EVP and SVP level. This role requires comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring clarity to complex, cross-functional strategic challenges. You will lead high-impact strategic and operational initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing project-based contributors with a path to formal people management. Key Responsibilities

Support annual strategic planning process including material for the CVS enterprise Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors.
Collaborate with executive leadership to manage strategic portfolios and craft impactful communications for senior leaders.
Steer highly effective executive meetings, adapting in real time to drive decisions and positioning oneself as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
Lead high-visibility internal strategy consulting projects, including structuring workplans, driving execution, and delivering executive-level outputs.
Direct timely, accurate analysis and develop actionable, stakeholder-sensitive recommendations.
Monitor emerging industry trends, competitor actions, and disruptive forces across HCD business areas.
Support building and leading a high-performing strategy team and foster a culture of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and innovation.
Key Qualifications

Requires significant subject matter expertise in health care delivery.
10 years of related experience at a top management consulting firm, in-house strategy team at a large health care company, or a related growth / strategy focus in a health care setting.
Proven track record of managing strategy-related projects and leading cross-functional teams, including external advisors, on strategy deep dive projects.
Strong written and oral communication skills including delivering structured presentations, and crafting PowerPoint and Excel analysis.
Ability to lead a high-performing small team that provides consistent error-free analysis and recommendations to senior leaders.
Role will report into Executive Director, Enterprise Strategy (Health Care Delivery).
This LD can be remote or hybrid with expectation for 10-20% travel for in-person meetings with senior leaders and strategy teams.
Education: Bachelor's Degree required Master's Degree Preferred
Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $144,200.00 - $288,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
