What You'll Do
- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy treatments to meet patient goals
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in compliance with policies
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality of care
- Assist in program development to better serve patient and community needs
- Respect patient privacy and adapt communication style accordingly
What You Need
- Valid physical therapy license in Louisiana
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy
- Proficiency with computers and web-based applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to fluctuating schedules based on patient demand

This position involves delivering autonomous physical therapy care in a hospital-based setting.
