About the Role
The Company is seeking a Project Coordinator & Executive Assistant for the Chief Innovation Office. This role is pivotal in serving as the operational bridge between the program management and operations team and the supporting procurement, contracting, and administrative systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end tracking of procurement processes, partnering with legal to streamline NDA and contracting workflows, and managing the central accountability for procurement and contracting paperwork. The role also involves providing executive support to senior leaders, managing calendars, expense reporting, travel logistics, and event planning. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' experience in project coordination, project management, or business operations, and a proven track record in driving process improvement. Applicants for the Project Coordinator & Executive Assistant role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' of experience in a related field. Essential requirements include direct experience with procurement and/or contract management processes, proficiency in contract lifecycle management and/or procurement systems, and a demonstrated ability to provide executive-level administrative support. The role demands strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to influence and partner effectively across functions. Experience with the Danaher Business System, as well as project coordination certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma, is a plus. The position is remote, with the expectation of on-site travel for bi-monthly leadership meetings. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to accelerating the real-life impact of science and technology in the fields of life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology.
