**Job Title:** PAM RN PRN Hospital Based Tier IV 

**Job Type:** PRN 

**Position Overview:** 

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PAM RN to join our hospital-based team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This Tier IV role requires a registered nurse with expertise in patient assessment and management, committed to delivering high-quality care in a dynamic hospital environment.

**Key Responsibilities:** 

- Provide comprehensive patient assessment and monitoring in accordance with hospital protocols. 

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. 

- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. 

- Document patient care activities thoroughly and timely. 

- Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition. 

- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and hospital standards. 

**Qualifications:** 

- Current and valid RN license. 

- Experience in hospital-based nursing, preferably in a Tier IV setting. 

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. 

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 

- Ability to work flexible hours on a PRN basis. 

**Work Environment:**
