Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to support our payroll operations. This is an entry-level, in-office role responsible for assisting with the accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and verify employee timecards
• Proof payroll data for accuracy
• Assist with payroll processing and paycheck distribution
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support payroll-related tasks and special assignments as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll or related experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Physical Requirements

• Ability to meet attendance and productivity standards

• Ability to communicate clearly in person and by phone
• Work is performed in an in-office setting with minimal physical risk
