I'm partnering with a highly respected litigation firm seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney with 3–7 years of experience . This firm has built an outstanding reputation handling complex, high-stakes litigation and has recovered over $100M in verdicts and settlements . Attorneys receive meaningful courtroom exposure, work alongside experienced litigators, and enjoy a collaborative environment focused on professional development. The team is growing due to an urgent hiring need. What You'll Need 3–7 years of Civil Litigation experience Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills Ability to independently manage cases from inception through resolution Trial, deposition, or courtroom experience is a plus Compensation Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $170,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
