Kitchen Team Member
Becker’s SMASH-Tastic Burgers is a fast-paced, growing restaurant looking for DEPENDABLE team members who want to grow with us. We’re more than just burgers...we’re building something special in our community, and we’re looking for people who want to be part of that journey!
What We're Looking For:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Dependable and reliable attendance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who works well with others
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience:
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
- We are willing to train the right person
Responsibilities:
- Food preparation and cooking
- Grill and fryer operation
- Maintaining food quality and consistency
- Keeping workstations clean and organized
- Following food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assisting teammates during busy periods
- Providing a great experience for every guest
