Job Title: Contractor - Human Resources

Location(s): Pensacola, FL or Winchester, VA

Job Summary:

The selected individual will be contracted for 12 months in total in a part-time capacity (20 hours a week - firm, no more or no less). Ideally, we are looking for someone to work Tuesdays - Thursdays from 9am ET - 4pm ET with flexibility options to work later in the evening and flex elsewhere when needed on occasion (example: overseas meeting with a military spouse employee client).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide human resources support and consultation to employees and management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and conduct employee training sessions as required.
• Support recruitment processes including interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
