Major Gifts Officer

Manage personal portfolio of major gift donors and prospects. Cultivate and steward relationships with donors giving $10,000+. Solicit five- and six-figure gifts through personal asks. Develop customized fundraising strategies and campaigns for major donors. Own full donor lifecycle including moves management in Salesforce. Travel 25–30% for in-person donor meetings and events. Track progress, report metrics, and update donor records accurately. Requirements: 5+ years proven experience in major gifts fundraising or sales. Demonstrated personal responsibility raising $1 million+ annually. Strong preference for prior 501(c)(4) gift solicitation experience. Proficient in Salesforce CRM with minimal hand-holding needed. Comfortable with 25–30% travel for face-to-face solicitations. Self-starter who excels independently while collaborating remotely. #J-18808-Ljbffr
