Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Mobile Response Driver in Raleigh NC you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support patients visitors and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid drivers license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings patient care areas parking facilities and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner coordinating with site personnel and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry points verifying authorized access and providing directions to patients visitors and staff.
• Document incidents observations and patrol activities accurately and promptly in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
