Job Description Land Surveyor We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Fairfax with pay ranging from 75K-90K The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys to provide data relevant to the shape, contour, gravitation, location, elevation, or dimension of land or land features. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in surveying techniques. Responsibilities:

- Perform boundary surveys to establish property lines and prepare plots of land.
- Conduct topographic surveys to identify natural and man-made features.
- Produce maps and reports depicting survey results.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide survey data for projects.
- Utilize surveying instruments and technology effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
- Professional land surveyor license.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other surveying software.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
