Job Description
Exciting Opportunity for Seasonal RN in the OR

Job Description:


- Shift: 07:00-17:00
- Schedule: Saturday through Monday, with an additional weekday shift covering the third shift
- Location: Englewood, CO
- Unit: Operating Room (14 ORs: 1 Hybrid CV OR, 1 Cysto, 12 multipurpose)
- Number of Beds: 408
- Staffing:
- Day Shift: 14-16 RNs, 14-16 CSTs, 2 Clinical Charge RNs
- Night Shift: 1 Clinical Charge RN, 1 OR RN, 1 CST


- Patient Ratios: 1:1
- Equipment: Standard OR Equipment, Stryker Video systems, EMR - Meditech

Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum of 1 year current hospital acute care experience
- BLS & ACLS certifications

Preferred Skills:
- Circulating and scrubbing experience
- Meditech experience

Typical Procedures Performed:
- Angioplasty
- Appendectomy
- Biopsy
- Ortho/Spine Procedures
(Note: No transplant procedures)

Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Prioritizes patient experience
- Excellent communication skills with staff and providers
- Adaptable to change

Additional Information:
- On-call Requirement: 2 twelve-hour call shifts per month, plus 3-4 call shifts from 5 PM - 7 PM
- Number of Positions Available: 1/2
- Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Contract Length: 91 weeks
