HR Change Management and Training Lead

This role drives enterprise-wide change initiatives and supports a major HR transformation.Responsibilities:Drive adoption through integrated change, communication, and learning strategies.Enable leadership alignment and stakeholder engagement.Assess organizational impacts and partner with Communications on materials development.Collaborate with PMO and implementation partners to identify global and regional impacts.Support project teams in addressing readiness gaps related to the SAP SuccessFactors deployment.Prepare agendas and materials and work with change network teams.Oversee training strategy, including planning, train-the-trainer, and end-user delivery.Coordinate training logistics, compliance, enrollment, attendance tracking, and reporting.Provide strategic input to communication planning to ensure consistent messaging.This is a 5-month contract with a leading global organization based in Atlanta, GA. The role is 100% remote.
