We are looking for a Property Administrator to support daily operations at a residential community in Columbus, Ohio. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, staying organized, and helping residents, visitors, and on-site teams with day-to-day needs. The position combines front desk coordination, package management, and administrative assistance to help keep the property running efficiently. Candidates who bring strong communication skills and a service-focused mindset will thrive in this role.
Responsibilities:• Manage incoming deliveries from receipt through resident notification and pickup coordination while maintaining an orderly package area.
• Welcome residents, guests, and vendors at the front desk, provide direction, and ensure a positive first impression of the community.
• Support leasing and property management staff with routine administrative tasks, documentation, and general office coordination.
• Keep front office activities organized and running smoothly by monitoring daily traffic and responding to in-person inquiries.
• Assist with resident relations by addressing basic questions promptly and escalating concerns to the appropriate team members when needed.
• Maintain accurate records related to packages, visitor interactions, and other property administration activities.
• Help uphold a detail-oriented and well-presented community office environment through consistent attention to detail.• At least 2 years of experience in property administration, leasing support, residential property management, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, visitors, and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and detail-oriented.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a consistent commitment to high-quality resident service.
• Familiarity with property management operations and resident relations in a residential setting.
• Experience using Yardi software or similar property management systems is preferred.
• Personable and service-driven approach to front desk and administrative responsibilities.
