Manufacturing And Production Opportunity

United Talent Staffing is currently seeking dependable and motivated individuals for manufacturing and production opportunities with a window and door manufacturing facility in the New Martinsville area. Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of windows and doors
• Operate production machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Read measurements and follow production specifications
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process
• Package and prepare completed products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Basic math and measurement skills preferred
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work overtime as needed based on production demands

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Occasional overtime on Fridays based on production needs
• Pay ranges from $12.00 to $13.00 per hour depending on department and experience

Work Environment:

• Fast paced manufacturing setting
• Exposure to production equipment and moving machinery
• PPE required in designated areas

• Pre-employment drug screening is required
• Must be able to comply with attendance and safety expectations
