Emergency Room RN / Clinical Decision Unit RN | Up to $55/hr + Sign-On Bonus

Compensation: $33.00-$55.00 per hour
Experienced RNs with extensive ER backgrounds may be considered above the posted range.

Sign-On Bonus: Choose between:

• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (3-year commitment)
• $20,000 Sign-On Bonus (4-year commitment)
• OR up to $25,000 Tuition Loan Repayment Assistance

Position Overview

A nationally recognized healthcare organization is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for openings in both the Emergency Department and Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) . These opportunities offer the chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

The Emergency Department cares for patients experiencing everything from life-threatening emergencies and trauma to acute medical and behavioral health conditions. Nurses work alongside a highly skilled interdisciplinary team to assess, stabilize, and treat patients across all levels of acuity.

The Clinical Decision Unit is an 8-bed observation unit located within the Emergency Department, providing short-term monitoring and treatment for patients who require additional evaluation before discharge or admission. With an average stay of approximately 16 hours and a high discharge rate, the CDU allows nurses to deliver focused, meaningful patient care in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and provide nursing care for emergency and observation patients
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Perform rapid assessments and respond to changing patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Previous Emergency Department experience required for ER openings
• Med/Surg, Telemetry, PCU, and Emergency Department experience preferred for CDU openings
• Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
