Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Extrusion Operator to support cable manufacturing in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

Safely operate extrusion lines while meeting quality standards
Review job orders and perform transactions in Epicor (ERP)
Follow SOPs to properly run equipment and processes
Complete and maintain production documentation (reports, scrap, tally sheets)
Set up, operate, and maintain equipment and hand tools
Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure product specifications
Support additional duties and projects as needed

Requirements

High school diploma
3+ years of extrusion experience or strong mechanical aptitude
2+ years of manufacturing experience
Basic computer skills and accurate data entry
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical environment

Preferred:

Technical school training
Ability to perform basic math and interpret process documents
