We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Avir at Hearne in Hearne, TX. As a Physical Therapist with Avir at Hearne, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients while working in a supportive, flexible and collaborative environment.
About the Role
As a PRN Physical Therapist with Avir at Hearne, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients, including evaluating and treating patients, developing treatment plans, and educating patients and families on self-care and wellness strategies. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is delivered to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Assess patients with physical therapy needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress
Participate in patient education , teaching patients and families about self-care and wellness strategies

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Texas
