Job Description

Wage range is $15-25/ hr with your hourly wage and tips earned

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team in Zimmerman, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our valued customers.

* Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods to designated locations

* Load and unload packages with care, ensuring proper handling of all items

* Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency

* Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery

* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption

* Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues

* Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries professionally

* Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies

* Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

* Excellent time management and organizational skills

* Strong navigation abilities and familiarity with GPS systems

* Physical fitness to lift and carry packages of varying weights

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Previous delivery or professional driving experience preferred

* Proficiency in using delivery management software is a plus

* Knowledge of local area and traffic patterns is beneficial

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Flexible schedule to accommodate varying delivery demands

* Commercial Driver's License (CDL) may be preferred for larger vehicles
