Job Title Residential Counselor Employment Type Full-time, 32 hours/week Scheduled Hours Friday‑Monday 7am‑3pm Program / Location Willow House, Enfield, CT Program Overview Willow House is a 5 bed, co‑ed 24‑hour staffed intensive mental health program for young adults, ages 18‑25, located in Enfield. This is a group home setting. Staff work with clients individually and in groups to teach independent living skills, such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, hygiene, and how to access resources in their community. Staff also support educational and/or vocational goals and teach interventions to manage their mental health needs. The goal of Willow House is to provide support and skills necessary for our young adults to be able to live independently in the community.
