About the Role:

Join Jabbergym as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow in Marysville, where you’ll provide pediatric speech and language services across clinic, early intervention, and school-based settings. This role is ideal for new grads looking to build a strong clinical foundation through hands-on mentorship, collaborative support, and diverse caseload experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
• Provide direct therapy services across pediatric settings
• Maintain documentation, progress notes, and assessment records
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as needed
• Partner with families and caregivers to support skill generalization

What We’re Looking For:

Must Have:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Eligible for California SLP licensure or Clinical Fellowship placement
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan and TB clearance
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• School-based or pediatric experience
• Familiarity with evidence-based interventions and special education services
