Community Outreach Representative
$20 - $25 per hourAGI
Description $20-$25/hr + Performance Bonuses In this field-based role, you'll engage directly with homeowners, start conversations, and identify people who are interested in exploring their available energy solutions. What We Offer * Paid training to help you get started and build confidence in the field * Weekly pay * Performance-based bonuses and incentives * Active, fast-paced work environment * Opportunities to strengthen your customer service and sales skills Responsibilities * Engage with homeowners in local communities and initiate conversations * Share a brief overview of the energy services available * Learn about homeowners' needs and determine their level of interest * Connect interested and qualified homeowners with the next stage of the process * Track daily outreach, interactions, and territory activity Qualifications * Enjoys working in outdoor, face-to-face environments * Dependable, motivated, and committed to showing up consistently * Works well independently and stays focused without constant supervision * Confident approaching new people and starting conversations * Previous experience in delivery, construction, landscaping, warehouse, or other field-based work is a plus
