About the Role:
EXPRESS IT OF TOMS RIVER LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team in Toms River, NJ. This position is for a minimum of 2 afternoons a week with the potential for a more permanent role if desired as caseload builds. 

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, educators, and caregivers
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding therapy goals and techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current NJ state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
• Experience with pediatric patient populations is a plus
• Strong diagnostic, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and staff
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality care standards
• Some continuing education in orofacial myofunctional disorders and swallowing
